Molly has always been passionate and eager to care for babies, children and their families. She started as an art teacher where she created a fun and positive environment with daily art programs for children from age 3 - 11. Molly continued as a preschool teacher, maintaining regular communications with parents to support, guide and share their child's growth and development. She worked in a school teaching one on one and in a classroom setting.  

 

Molly has a bachelors of sciences and various healthcare certifications, including a Mother and Baby Patient care Technician certification. While working in the Mother and Baby unit at Morton Plant hospital, Molly learned critical skills in caring for postpartum mothers and their newborns in the hours after birth, and the days and weeks that follow. Molly discovered many parents have the desire to learn more and want to build their confidence in caring for their newborn but they need support! This encouraged Molly to pursue certification as a Postpartum Doula and a Newborn Care Specialist. 

 

Molly loves helping families, caring for mothers, caring for newborns, and sharing her knowledge one on one with families. Molly understands the  importance of recognizing and supporting postpartum mothers and the changes they are facing. She feels it is essential for parents to take care of themselves in order for everyone in the family to be happy and healthy. Molly is here to help you get into a positive and rewarding routine during this beautiful milestone in your life.
